To benefit from this service, simply contact an authorized Pianegonda carrier and show the warranty card correctly filled in and the receipt of product purchase.
The warranty coverage includes defects in materials and craftmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, due to negligence, tampering or unauthorized repairs and any other factors not related to material imperfections and manufacturing.
In case of item replacement requests, Pianegonda does not guarantee the replacement with the same model. If the requested model is not available, an item of similar design and equal value will be sent out. For assistance services not covered by this warranty, the Pianegonda service center will perform the service at a rate that varies according to the model of the product and type of work required. These rates are subject to change. In any case, the rate will be notified and agreed with the buyer before performing the service.
