The School Of Design: the exclusive event celebrating young talents
September 13th, 2021 – On Thursday, September 9th, Pianegonda hosted a special event in its Milan boutique, showcasing the eight jewelry collections designed by the Fine Jewelry Design Master’s students at Istituto Marangoni and inspired by Pianegonda.
The event took place in Pianegonda’s boutique, situated in Milan’s quadrilatero della moda, the most fashionoriented and coolest area in the city. On this occasion, guests from the press and the most renowned personalities from Milan’s fashion and entertainment scene, had the chance to see first-hand the jewelry prototypes and the designs of the future.
The collection called “Incipit”, designed by student Yu Cui and inspired to “new beginnings” and the moon’s cyclical phases, was chosen to officially become a part of Pianegonda’s jewelry world: it will be soon available to shop, both online and in stores.
The exhibition lasted for the whole duration of Milan’s Design week, an international event that attracts thousands of visitors every year.
This marked a huge comeback to physical events for the brand: Pianegonda looks forward to the future while setting new courses and giving a platform to young designers paving their way through the fashion system.
